Important components of vacuum engineering are flange parts. These include components of vacuum systems, which are necessary to set up vacuum pipe-systems, e.g. flanges, seals, bellows and customized pipe-parts (elbows, T-fittings, spider bodies etc.). For different areas of application different connecting standards exist, which are based on different flange systems.
