The entire production process from the specification of the material, the design, the cut of the work piece and welding to the surface treatment, cleaning and quality control lays in our hands (or is supervised by us).

We manufacture customized parts according to your requirements out of stainless steel 1.4306 (304), 1.4404/1.4435 (316L) and we are also specialized in the processing of ESU steel 1.4429 (316LN). Stainless steel 1.4429-ESU is necessary for different applications in the ultra high vacuum. The material is characterized by particularly high temperature stability, large hardness and firmness as well as a small permeability (μr < 1.005).
